Step off the beaten path and into Northern Bali in boutique comfort — where every moment has meaning. Explore temples and rice terraces, meet local artisans, and make a real difference through hands-on experiences with the Bali Family Foundation and Bali’s largest animal rescue.
This isn’t just travel. It’s travel that gives back, connects, and leaves a lasting impact — for you and the communities you visit.

This hidden gem is nestled among secluded rice terraces, it feels like a private sanctuary.

The rooms are exquisitely designed with elegant touches in true Balinese design.

Impeccable five-star service completes the experience, making it the ultimate base for our Northern Bali journey.

Every meal is a culinary experience with fresh local ingredients.

Everyone will have an opportunity to experience their world class spa.

We will have the opportunity to support the Bali Family Foundation, an organization working with families living in extreme poverty in some of Bali’s more remote northern and eastern villages.
What I love about their work is that it goes beyond simply providing short-term help. They support children with education, help families with food and basic necessities, and look for ways to help families build a more self-sufficient future.
As part of our visit, our group will help provide food and essential supplies to families who truly need them. It’s a chance to step away from the tourist side of Bali and connect with the people and communities who call this beautiful island home.
For me, those are the moments that make a trip feel meaningful — getting to see where our giving goes and knowing that, together, we’re making a small difference.

One of the things I love most about our time in the village is getting to spend a day just being kids with the children. We’ll host a field day filled with games, laughter, and a little friendly competition — something that doesn’t happen often for them.
But honestly, one of my favorite moments comes at the very end, when the prizes come out. Watching each child walk around, look at everything, and decide what they want is pretty special.
So much of their world is about making choices based on what they need. For this one day, they get to choose something simply because they like it. No reason needed. Just “I want that one.”
And I love that we get to give them that.

One of my favorite things about visiting the village is sitting down and spending time with the older members of the community. We’ll gather together for a friendly game of bingo — lots of laughs, a little competition, and hopefully a few lucky winners.
For many of them, life can be very quiet. Most spend much of their time at home, and some struggle to have enough food or access to the medicine they need. We’ll bring food and medicine to use as bingo prizes, so the winners take home something they can truly use.
And honestly, watching them get competitive over bingo is one of the best parts. They take it seriously — and I absolutely love it!

If you’re an animal lover like me, you’re going to love this one. ❤️
When we visit BAWA to drop off our donations, you’ll have the option to spend some time with the shelter dogs and take a few of them out for a walk. It’s a simple thing, but for a dog who spends most of its day in a shelter, a little fresh air, attention, and one-on-one time can mean so much.
Bali has a heartbreaking number of dogs living on the streets, many dealing with hunger, illness, injury, and neglect. BAWA works tirelessly to rescue them, provide medical care, and give them a second chance.
I love that we can do more than just drop off a donation. We can actually spend a little time with these dogs, give them some love, and leave knowing we made their day just a little better. 🐾

The Tegallalang Rice Terraces are one of Bali’s most iconic landscapes — layers of vibrant green rice fields cascading down the hillside in perfect symmetry. Shaped by the traditional subak irrigation system, these terraces are both a working farm and a living piece of Balinese heritage.
Here's your chance to live out your Instagram dream on the Bali swing overlooking the rice terraces.

We’ll experience the melukat, a sacred Balinese ritual.
The water purification ceremony is a ritual meant to cleanse the mind, body, and spirit. Participants move through a series of stone fountains or spring-fed pools, allowing the sacred water to flow over them. Each fountain often represents a different aspect of purification, washing away negative energy, stress, or spiritual impurities.
The ceremony is deeply symbolic and rooted in Balinese Hindu beliefs. It’s both a personal act of reflection and a communal ritual, with water considered a gift from the gods that restores balance and harmony. You can choose to participate or simply observe

We’ll escape to a secluded stretch of white sand tucked beneath the cliffs of Uluwatu. After descending into the private cove, we’ll settle into our reserved loungers and take in the turquoise water and ocean breeze.
The day is ours — swim in the crystal-clear sea, paddle along the shoreline, or simply relax with your feet in the sand. Lunch is fresh and beautifully presented, best enjoyed slowly with sweeping ocean views. As the sun begins to set, the sky turns golden and the atmosphere shifts. Live music fills the air, bonfires are lit along the beach, and we’ll gather for s’mores under the fading light — the perfect ending to a day of effortless, barefoot luxury in Bali.

Besakih Temple, known as Bali’s “Mother Temple,” sits on the slopes of Mount Agung, the island’s highest volcano. The complex is huge, with over 80 temples connected by stone stairways, courtyards, and detailed carvings — it’s easy to get a sense of the history and devotion woven into every corner.

Step into the world of Balinese silver craftsmanship with a truly special, hands-on experience at the family compound of a master silversmith. This isn’t a typical tourist workshop—it’s an intimate opportunity to learn directly from an expert artisan who has honed his craft through generations of Balinese tradition.

Set your alarm—this one is worth getting up early for! Before sunrise, we’ll jump into our 4x4 jeeps and head up Mount Batur for an exciting off-road adventure through Bali’s volcanic landscape.
As dawn approaches, we’ll arrive at our sunrise viewpoint, grab a warm cup of hot chocolate, and watch the sky come alive over Lake Batur and the surrounding volcanoes. Once the sun is up, buckle in for more Jeep fun as we explore the rugged black-lava fields and dramatic terrain of Mount Batur.
