Come with us on a journey that changes lives—both theirs and yours. In Tanzania, we’ll focus on women’s health and empowerment while bringing hope to children with disabilities. Then it's on to Kenya - where the call of the wild surrounds you and every safari moment takes your breath away.
This is adventure with purpose.

Supporting Grace’s Reusable Period Pad Initiative
Grace leads several projects, and on this tour, we’ll focus on her reusable period pad initiative. We’ll visit a local school where Grace will present to the village girls, distribute the kits directly, and share important lessons on body awareness, identifying abuse, and sexual health.
If time permits, we’ll also have the opportunity to visit her daycare, which provides care and support for children of single mothers—further empowering families in the community.

Supporting Local Communities Through Food, Art, and Shopping
We’ll dine at incredible local restaurants that give back to their communities. When shopping for souvenirs, we’ll focus on supporting women with disabilities—finding beautiful handmade items along the way. Highlights include a shop run by two deaf sisters, a cooperative run by albino women, and SHANGA, where we’ll have the chance to try making some items ourselves.
We’ll also visit a Maasai Market, full of stunning artwork and gifts to bring home. Every experience on this tour is designed to help others and leave a positive impact wherever we go.

Empowering women through sewing projects that create dignity kits
Period poverty sadly keeps many girls out of school. By providing reusable kits, young girls are able to stay in school with confidence and hope for their future. Alongside this, women are taught about their bodies, their rights, and how to identify abuse—knowledge that protects and empowers.
Through sewing skills, women gain a sustainable way to support their families. The dignity kits are given freely to local girls in need, while sales to those who can afford them help sustain the project.

Advocating for the rights of people with disabilities
Our main focus is providing wheelchairs to children living with cerebral palsy. On our last trip, we were able to sponsor five chairs. During this journey, we’ll visit the center, learn about the incredible work they do for the community, and present the children with their new wheelchairs—bringing mobility, dignity, and hope into their lives.

Supporting families and children with disabilities
This center runs a day program for local mothers caring for children with disabilities, allowing the mothers to work while their children receive two meals a day and essential therapy. Sadly, many fathers abandon their families in these situations, leaving mothers to shoulder enormous challenges.
The children here face a variety of needs—cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism, blindness, or deafness—but the work being done is nothing short of extraordinary given the limited resources. It’s a joyful place where we’ll spend the afternoon with the kids, helping the staff, sharing smiles, and bringing a little extra support and happiness to their day.

An Authentic Cultural Experience
We’ll spend the day in a remote village, working alongside a women’s cooperative. Experience their daily lives—see how they farm, join in a cooking session, and visit their homes. This unique initiative ensures that all funds go directly to the women, supporting their families and community. Over lunch, we’ll have the special opportunity to share our stories and connect with one another in a meaningful way.
